4.2 Age Verification and Nudity

Content containing nudity must be properly marked and age-verified. Users must confirm they are 18 or older before accessing such content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

4.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content on the Platform for the purpose of providing our services.

ASDF Models is a professional networking platform. Users agree to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully

  • Respect intellectual property rights, including model releases and copyright
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ASDF Models and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Photographers retain copyright to their photographs. Models must obtain proper model releases for commercial use. Users are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights and permissions for content they upload.

7. Verification

We offer a verification system to help establish credibility. Verification does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legitimacy of any user. We reserve the right to revoke verification at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Messaging and Communication

Our messaging system is provided for professional communication. You agree not to use messaging for:

  • Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Harassment, threats, or inappropriate content
  • Sharing personal contact information to bypass Platform fees (if applicable)

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content, though some information may be retained as required by law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the quality of work, or the outcome of any collaboration. Users interact at their own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASDF Models, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
