How to Manage Your Portfolio Gallery

Before we begin, please ensure that you are logged into your account. Once logged in, follow these steps:

Uploading Photos

1. Click on your Profile icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen
2. Select the “Portfolio Gallery” tab located on your Profile page
3. Click on the “New Album” button to create a new album for your images
4. Give the album a title and select whether it will be visible to everyone, private, or friends only
5. Choose a Cover Photo, this will represent the album
6. Click on the “Select Photos” button to choose the images you want to upload
7. Select the images from your device’s file manager or drag and drop them into the upload box.
8. Once you have selected all the images you want to upload, press the “Publish” button
9. Wait for the images to finish uploading, and the page will automatically refresh

Please note that there is no progress bar for the uploading of the photos, so you will need to be patient and wait for the page to automatically reload. Depending on the size and number of images you are uploading, the process may take a few moments to complete. Once the page has refreshed, your images should be visible in your portfolio gallery.

Updating Albums

Before we begin, please ensure that you are logged into your account and have navigated to your Profile page. Once there, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Portfolio Gallery” tab located on your Profile page
2. Select the album you wish to manage by pressing / clicking on it.
3. Press the ⚙ icon located on the top right-hand corner of the album
4. Choose “Edit Album”
5. A pop-up will appear where you can make changes to the album. You can change the title, description, and visibility of the album.
   • To rearrange images, click and drag the images to the desired position
   • To add more images, press the “Select Photos” button
   • To remove an image, click on the “x” icon located on the top right corner of the image thumbnail
6. Once you have made the desired changes, click on the “Update” button located on the bottom of the pop-up.

Note: It is not possible to re-arrange the albums on the Portfolio Gallery Page

Deleting Albums

If you choose to delete the album, all the photos within the album will also be deleted from your portfolio gallery. Therefore, it is essential to make sure you want to delete the album before doing so. To delete the album, follow these steps:

1. Press the ⚙ icon located on the top right-hand corner of the album
2. Click on the “Delete Album” option in the dropdown menu
3. A pop-up message will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the album
4. Click on the “Delete” button to confirm your choice
